CHANGE TO MANAGEMENT FEE ARRANGEMENTS

As detailed in the Chairman's Statement in the 2012 Annual Report, the Board has reviewed the Company's management fee arrangements. Accordingly, from 1 November 2013 the management fee with effect from that date will increase from 0.40% to 0.45% per annum of the average value of net assets on the last day of October in each of the two preceding years.
