The  Company  has been informed that ST Partners, L.P.  has  an
economic  interest  through positions under  derivative  trades
relating   to   7,350,000  ordinary  shares  in  the   Company,
equivalent  to  some  5.00% of the issued share  capital.   The
Company has not been informed of any actual share holding by ST
Partners LP or its associates.
