The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 2.52p
per ordinary share net (2005: 1.94p) in respect of the year ending 31 October
2006 payable on 30 November 2006 to shareholders registered on 27 October 2006.
 The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 25 October 2006.
