The Bankers Investment Trust PLC announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed, two of which were special resolutions, including a special resolution that the Company be generally authorised to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99% equivalent to 16,955,162 ordinary shares.
