The Barclays ESAS Nominee confirmed to the Company on 4 April 2014 that it had on 3 April 2014 re-invested a dividend for the year ending 31 December 2013 ("the final dividend") in ordinary shares of the Company at a price of £2.3400 per share for the following PDMR.
