Notice of Annual General Meeting

Barclays announces that its 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 24 April 2014 at 11.00am at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

1.     Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting ('AGM Notice'); and

2.     Proxy forms for the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
