CHANGE OF NAME

Further to the announcement on 11 March 2016 the Board confirms that the Company has changed its name from Baronsmead VCT 3 plc to Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc with effect from 14 March 2016.

The Company's ticker will remain "BMD".
