Baronsmead VCT 3 plc - Close of Offer for Subscription

Close of Offer for subscription of New Ordinary Shares to raise up to the sterling equivalent of €2.5million (i.e. approximately £2.3m)

Following the allotment of 1,472,556 New Ordinary Shares on 3 April 2009 the Offer for subscription closed on Friday 3 April 2009. 

A copy of the Offer document dated 11 February 2009 has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
