The Company was notified on 18 March 2024 that Timothy Farazmand, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 7,235 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 55.40 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Farazmand's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 187,618 Ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
