interim ordinary dividend (comprising 1.4p revenue and 3.1p capital) will be

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is pleased to announce that a 2.0p second
interim C share dividend (comprising 0.55p revenue and 1.45p capital) will be
paid on 28 December 2007 to C shareholders on the register on 7 December 2007.
