The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the
ordinary shares at 31 March 2006 was 123.24p per share, after the payment of a
3.5p final dividend paid to ordinary shareholders on 20 March 2006. This
represents an increase in net asset value of 5.1% over the three months from 31
December 2005.
The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the C
Shares at 31 March 2006 was 95.52p per share.
The total return of ordinary shares of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc (net of all costs)
over the last 12 months and since launch, compared to the FTSE All-Share Index
(total return) are:
