The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2008 was 111.55p per share. 

The net asset value is stated before deducting the interim dividend of 3.0p per share which went ex-dividend on 20 August 2008 and will be paid on 26 September 2008.
