The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the Net Asset Value (NAV) of
the ordinary shares at 31 March 2007 was 133.20p per share, before providing for
the 3.5p final dividend paid on 25 April 2007.

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the NAV of the C Shares at 31
March 2007 was 106.32p per share, before providing for the 2p final dividend
paid on 25 April 2007.

The total returns to ordinary shareholders (AIC methodology) over 1 year and 3
years are detailed below:
