The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the
Ordinary Shares at 31 January 2007 was 131.75p per share, prior to the payment
of a proposed 4p final ordinary dividend, payable on 25 April 2007 subject to
shareholder approval.



The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the C
Shares at 31 January 2007 was 100.95p per share, prior to the payment of a
proposed 2p final C share dividend, payable on 25 April 2007 subject to
shareholder approval.
