Results of Offers for Subscription
The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is pleased to announce that further
applications have been received pursuant to the Offers for a total of
32,999,999 ordinary shares. In respect of the 2000/2001 Offer for
Subscription a further 444,893 ordinary shares have been allotted and issued
on 6 March 2001. This brings the total number of ordinary shares issued under
the 2000/2001 Offer for Subscription to 29,484,840 ordinary shares. Trading
in these new shares is expected to commence on 7 March 2001 at 8.00 am.
The balance of 3,515,159 ordinary shares relating to tax year 2001/2002 will
commence trading by 7 April 2001.
