Second interim dividend

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc have declared today that a second interim dividend of 4 pence per ordinary share (comprising 1.0 pence revenue and 3.0 pence capital) will be paid on 30 September 2008 to shareholders recorded on the register on 5 September 2008.
