The Company was notified on 25 September 2024 that Michael Probin, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,634 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 54.85 pence per Ordinary share.
