The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2015 was 100.30p per share.

The interim dividend of 2.5p per share is payable on 19 June 2015 to members on the register as of 29 May 2015.

The interim dividend of 2.5p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2015 as the ex-dividend date was 28 May 2015.
