The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 28 February 2018 was 88.69p per share.

A final dividend of 3.5p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2017 has been declared and was paid on 02 March 2018 to members on the register as at 02 February 2018.

The final dividend of 3.5p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 28 February 2018 as the ex-dividend date was 01 February 2018.
