The sale price per share has been changed from 0.735 pence to 73.5 pence.

Baronsmead Venture Trust plc

The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 March 2019, 675,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 73.5 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 15,360,107.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 205,173,568 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 220,533,675. Each share has one voting right.
