Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 13 February 2023 it made a market purchase of 1,045,773 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 57.18 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	28,569,727
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)	330,612,915
