Further to the Company's announcement on 30 April 2012 confirming that HMRC Approval had been obtained and following the one hundred and eighth annual general meeting of the Company held on 21 May 2012 at which the subdivision of the Company's share capital (the "Share Subdivision") was approved by shareholders, the Company announces that the Official List of the UK Listing Authority has been amended to reflect the Share Subdivision.
