Board changes

Following its announcement on 28 January this year, A.G.BARR p.l.c., the soft drinks group today confirms that Iain Greenock, Finance Director retires from the Board effective Friday 6th June 2008. Alex Short, as planned, will succeed him as Finance Director and is appointed to the Board with immediate effect.

Iain will continue to be available over the course of June 2008, to ensure a smooth transition.
