Barratt Developments PLC (Barratt) announces that the appointment of Bob Davies as Senior Independent Director was approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors yesterday. Bob has been a Non-Executive Director of Barratt since 2004 and is also chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
