BARRATT DEVELOPMENTS PLC
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT
After ten years with the company, seven of these as a main Board Director, Geoff
Hester has decided to retire at the end of June this year.
As a result, he will step down from the Board immediately, but will continue to
provide strategic support initiatives across the business.
Geoff has made a substantial contribution to the growth of the company over the
last ten years, originally as Managing Director of Barratt Bristol and, more
recently, as the Executive Director responsible for KingsOak, where he has
overseen the reorganisation and integration of the company's operations.
The Board thanks Geoff for everything he has done for the company and wishes him
a long and happy retirement.
