Completion of second tranche of share repurchase programme

 

28 December 2022: Barratt Developments PLC (the " Company " or " Barratt Developments ") announces that the second £50 million tranche of the £200 million share repurchase programme announced on 7 September 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

Credit Suisse International , who undertook the second tranche on Barratt Developments' behalf (as announced on 19 October 2022), purchased 12,721,737 shares for a total consideration of £49,255,803.96.

Further details on the third tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
