Further  to the announcement of  the appointment of Mr  John Mario O'Sullivan to
the  Board of Directors  of Providence on  27 May 2010 the following disclosures
under  Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules and ESM Rules are
made:

a)  Mr  O'Sullivan  (42)  is  currently  a  Director of a number of Providence's
subsidiary  companies and  is a  former Director  of Rockfield Energy Limited (a
private company).

b)   Mr O'Sullivan holds 10,110 Ordinary shares of  €0.10 each in the capital of
the  Company and has options  over 245,530 Ordinary shares of  €0.10 each in the
capital of the Company.

c)  There are no further disclosures for Mr. O'Sullivan to be made under the AIM
or ESM rules.
