                            Final Warrant Extension

Following the approval of the Waiver resolution at the Company's EGM held
earlier today the Directors of Providence have unanimously resolved that the
warrants will expire on Firday, 22nd July 2005. This period to expiry will
provide all remaining warrantholders with an opportunity to exercise their
warrants at an exercise price of €0.045 per share prior to Friday, 22nd July
2005.

These warrants were originally issued as part of the Rights Issue and
Subscription in 2004.
