                           NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS


Providence Resources P.l.c. will announce its Interim Results for the 6 months
ended 30 June 2005 this Thursday, 29 September 2005. On the day, a press
conference will be held in Dublin at The Conrad Hotel at 10.30am.
