Consequent on the Placing of Shares on 14 March 2011, the Company has received
the undernoted notification of interests in the share capital and the
percentages represented by such interests.


 1. The Company has been informed by BlackRock Inc that BlackRock Investment
    Management (UK) Limited  hold 2,106,800 ordinary shares in the Company
    representing 4.23% of the issued ordinary share capital.
