APPOINTMENT OF JOINT BROKER

Dublin and London - January 8, 2018 - Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based Oil & Gas Exploration Company, today announces the appointment of Mirabaud Securities Limited as joint broker to the company with immediate effect.  Mirabaud will work alongside the company's existing Corporate Brokers, Cenkos Securities plc and J&E Davy.  Cenkos Securities plc remains the company's Nominated Advisor and J&E Davy remains the company's ESM Advisor.
