NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT

Dublin and London - June 30, 2016   Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, is today sending its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2015 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at The Ballsbridge Hotel, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 Ireland, on Wednesday July 27, 2016 at 10.00am.
