Nolan, a recently appointed non-executive Director of Providence Resources Plc:
has not, save for Eircom Group plc and De La Rue Plc, of which he is
currently a
Director and BG Group plc and Lattice Group Plc of which he is a former
Director, held, at any time in the previous five years, and does not currently
hold, any directorships in any other publicly quoted company:
that there are no details under 6F2(b) to (g) to be disclosed in repec of Dr.
Nolan.
