Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange for 1,536,500 Ordinary
Shares of nominal value €0.001 each in the capital of Providence to be admitted
for trading to the Exploration Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.



The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares.



Admission is expected to become effective and dealings expected to commence in
these shares on Wednesday 19 May, 2002.
