NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN SHARES IN PROVIDENCE RESOURCES P.l.c.
We are duly authorised agents of the persons whose names are set out below under
the heading Notifying Parties.
Purpose of this Letter
In fulfilment of the obligation imposed by Section 67 of the Companies Act, 1990
to notify Providence Resources P.l.c. of the interest of the notifying parties
and the interest of persons with whom they may be considered to be acting
(within the meaning of Section 73 of the Companies Act 1990) in shares in
Providence Resources P.l.c.
In fulfilment of the obligation imposed by Section 91 of the Companies Act 1990
to notify the Irish Stock Exchange of the acquisition of interests in shares in
Providence; and
In fulfilment of any other obligation imposed by law or regulation to disclose
to the addressees of this letter any of the information contained in it.
Following the conversion of Convertible Capital Bonds issued by Providence
Resources Capital Limited, the disclosable interests of the parties set out
