RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of Providence Resources P.l.c. held on
Tuesday, 24 June 2008 all of the resolutions considered and voted
upon by the shareholders were approved. The full text of each
resolution was included in the notice of the meeting circulated to
shareholders.

In accordance with the Listing Rules the resolutions passed at the
Annual General Meeting have been forwarded to the Irish Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority.
