The Issuer has made the following amendment to the Additional Listing
announcement released on 6-12-00 at 14:48 under RNS Number 3504V.

Application has been made for admission of 568,982 ordinary shares and not
568,972 as originally stated.

Paragraph 2 ii) should read 522,332 shares and not 522,322 shares as originally
stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

      Amendment to Announcement of 6 December 2000

BATM Advanced Communications announces that application
has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission to the Official List of
568,982 ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each. These shares,
which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
in issue, are being allotted as follows:

i) 46,650 shares as part of the advisory fee on the
acquisition of Telco Systems Inc, and ii) 522,332 shares
to the vendor in relation to the acquisition of a stake
in the Lantech Computer Company.
