BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('BATM' or the 'Company')

Director / PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has been informed that on 26 August 2008, Dr. Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer, and Ofer Bar-Ner, Chief Financial Officer, sold a total of 5,166,667 ordinary shares at a price of 57 pence per share. 

Dr. Marom sold 4,166,667 ordinary shares, of which 2,000,000 were from his existing holding and 2,166,667 were the result of the exercise of options granted over the last 9 years. Following this sale, Dr. Marom has a beneficial holding of 90,750,900 ordinary shares, representing approximately 22.77 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Dr. Marom does not hold any options over the Company's ordinary shares.

Mr. Bar-Ner sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares following the exercise of options. Mr Bar-Ner retains options over 1,413,333 ordinary shares.
