Resignation of Director

Amiram Mel, an external non-executive director of the Company, has informed the directors of BATM (the "Board") that as a result of an appointment with a key customer of the Company, he no longer considers it appropriate to continue as a director of BATM. Accordingly, Mr Mel has resigned with immediate effect. 

The Board will seek to appoint a suitably qualified replacement as soon as possible.
