Increased Co-operartion with Infineon

BATM is pleased to announce that it has increased co-
operation with Infineon (Siemens Component Division) and
among the areas of new co-operation is the photonic area.
Infineon will produce the first cross-bars for the Titan
T8. As part of this co-operation, Infineon has made an
equity investment of US$2m in Lynx Photonic. BATM's
interest in Lynx will be undiluted due to the grant of an
option to BATM to preserve its interest.
