          Proposed appointment of non-executive Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Goldman
as  a  designate director of the Company.  Under Israeli law,  his
appointment as a director is subject to ratification by a  general
meeting  of shareholders and the Board intends to propose him  for
election as a non-executive director at the next general meeting.

Daniel  Goldman (aged 30), has a background in investment  banking
and development capital. He recently returned to Israel, where  he
lived  for  several  years in the early 1990s,  and  is  currently
running  his  own  venture capital firm.  He is a  director  of  a
number of hi-tech companies in the UK, US and Israel.  He holds  a
degree  in  Engineering  and  Business  Administration  from   the
University of London and previously worked for Elderstreet,  a  UK
venture   capital  firm,  Alberdale  (a  specialist   in   private
placements) and most recently Shore Capital and Corporate Limited.
He  received  the 1999 Israel Hi-Tech Award from  the  Israel  CEO
Forum.

Mr  Goldman is beneficially interested in 300,000 of the Company's
ordinary shares.
