TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, BATM Advanced Communications Limited (the 'Company') announces that, as at 31 March 2009, its total issued share capital consisted of 401,078,684 ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each in the Company.

There are no shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 401,078,684

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
