British Airways Plc ('the Company'): Employee Share Plans - Announcement of transactions in ordinary shares of 25p each

The Company announces that on 4 September 2008 31.25% of the award made under the British Airways Performance Share Plan 2005 on 30 August 2005 to executive directors ('directors') and persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') vested, with the remainder of the award lapsing, as detailed in the table below.

No consideration is payable for the vesting of these awards
