DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Lord Renwick of Clifton purchased 5000 British Airways ordinary shares at 368.9p
on Tuesday 29 May.

Lord Renwick inadvertently purchased 7366 British Airways ordinary shares
through a Winterthur Pension Plan on 2 May at 357 1/2p.  As soon as this mistake
was realised, Lord Renwick reported it to the London Stock Exchange, the FSA and
the Company.  The shares were sold on 29 May at 375.6p and the difference has
been donated to Oxfam.
