In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI) announces that Colin Maltby, a member of the Supervisory Board, has informed the Company of his appointment to the Board of BH Macro Limited as a non-executive director, with effect from 25 June 2015.

BH Macro Limited is a closed-ended investment company, registered and incorporated in Guernsey, with a premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
