NOTICE OF RESULTS

BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP / PFI infrastructure investment company, advises that it will announce its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2014 on Friday 29 August 2014. A presentation to analysts will take place at 8:30 a.m. on 29 August 2014 at the offices of Oriel Securities, 150 Cheapside, London EC2V 6ET.
