Total Voting Rights Update

BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI) announces that, following the Additional Listing announcement dated 28 October 2015 that application had been made for 2,166,479 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and the subsequent Admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority on 29 October 2015, as at 31 October 2015 the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 430,393,003.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 430,393,003 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
