Total Voting Rights Update

Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. ("BBGI" or the "Company") announces that, following the announcement on 3 October 2012 that application had been made for 984,715 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, as at 31 October 2012 the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 212,984,715.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 212,984,715 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights.  Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
