Directors' shareholdings

CEB Resources plc announces that as a result of the placing of 52,821,429 ordinary shares on 29^th January 2014 (as announced on 24^th January 2014 RNS number 4076Y07), the Directors continue to hold the same number of shares and warrants but their percentage of holdings has altered. 

Cameron Pearce holds 30,246,748 shares representing 15.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.  In addition Cameron continues to hold 1,640,000 warrants representing 4.40% of the warrants in issue.

Jeremy King holds 5,371,089 shares representing 2.69% of the issued share capital of the Company.  In addition Jeremy continues to hold 410,000 warrants representing 1.10% of the warrants in issue.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 199,611,179 ordinary shares.  This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of warrants issued is 37,250,462.
