Sale of Agricultural Assets - Update

Clean Energy Brazil plc ("CEB") is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 1 June 2012 the Company has agreed to amend its agreement with Unialco M/S in order to accelerate the instalment payments for the sale of the Company's last remaining asset.  The contract now remains open for completion until 15 October 2013.  The Company has now received US$8,000,000 in payment instalments.

The Company will make further updates as appropriate.
